Federal News Radio has been telling you about uGov, the e-mail platform that is part of the intelligence community's collaboration suite. The Office of the Director of National Intelligence recently decided that they were going to shut down the uGov e-mail platform citing security reasons. It has raised many concerns.

Chris Bronk is a research fellow at Rice University's Baker Institute for Public Policy and an adjunct instructor of computer science at Rice. He previously served as a Foreign Service officer and was assigned to the State Department's Office of eDiplomacy.
