Three weeks ago, Melissa Hathaway announced plans to leave her job as the acting senior director for cybersecurity with the White House National Security Council.

Her departure underscores the fact that President Obama has yet to name his permanent cybersecurity czar, a position he says is a top priority for his administration.

A top House Democrat says he's concerned about the delay.
