Agencies and industry are defending their computer networks based on the threats that were most common 5 to 10 years ago. Because agencies have had trouble keeping up with time, cybersecurity experts contend the nation is under cyber attack. These same experts say a new draft consolidated audit guide will help agencies close the 20 biggest holes in their systems.
