"Transparency" has been the key word in most everything the Obama Administration does. Now, one group is trying to bring transparency to the markets. The Commodity Futures Trade Commission is releasing a monthly report on the FUTURE markets. They're doing this on a trial basis -- but will include things like energy, agriculture and soft commodities. The commission's Chief Economist, Dr. Jeff Harris, joins us to explain how all this will work.
