Last year, the House passed by an overwhelming margin a measure to provide four weeks of paid parental leave to federal and congressional employees. The measure was never considered in the Senate, but now, a bi-partisan group of lawmakers who sponsored last year’s bill is trying again in the 111th Congress. One of the key co-sponsors of the bill is Northern Virginia Republican Frank Wolf. FederalNewsRadio’s Max Cacas asked him this evening if the new bill is different from last year’s legislation:
