Christian Beckner, Deputy Director, Center for Cyber and Homeland Security

The Department of Homeland Security is releasing its latest annual report on the National Network of Fusion Centers. The assessment is the fourth the agency has released about how the fusion centers are functioning, and how well they’re functioning. Christian Beckner is deputy director of the Center for Cyber and Homeland Security at George Washington University. On In Depth with Francis Rose, he said this report corrects a misconception about where the money comes from for the centers.
