Breaking down silos within agencies and across agencies is one of the goals of the new President’s Management Agenda from the White House and the Office of Management and Budget. One of the keys to breaking down silos, according to experts in leadership and management, is communication. Kevin Mahoney, Chief Human Capital Officer of the Commerce Department, was on a panel Federal News Radio’s Francis Rose moderated at the Executive Leadership Conference last week.
