Billy Rios, Director of Threat Intelligence, Qualys

The Transportation Security Administration brings in almost $2 billion in revenue every year from airport passenger security fees. TSA spends part of that money keeping its security systems up to date, but the agency still uses technologies that are proven security risks. Billy Rios is director of threat intelligence at Qualys.
