The Pentagon will deal with budget challenges in 2013, but those aren't the only issues DoD planners will face.

  2. The budget debate and the Pentagon. Everyone knows that cuts are coming. In 1993, the Department knew the level of cuts early and could plan accordingly. The current situation is a back and forth with a Congress that seems unable to make permanent decisions. What are the implications?
