Congress has been working on cyber legislation for a long time, and it doesn’t look like they’re going to do anything about it for a while. In the meantime, the Office of Management and Budget may try a revision of Circular A-130, one of the guiding cyber documents. Reeder is one of the experts working on recommendations for that revision.
