Those are just a few of the new entries added to the Federal Word Book, a reference to make sense of federal government's acronyms and terms.
"We're trying to take a term and we're trying to define it in a way that makes contextual sense in the government environment," said Jeff Steinhoff, executive director of the KPMG Government Institute, which publishes the book.
The book was first published in 2008 and this year updated with 150 more terms, said Steinhoff in an interview with In Depth with Francis Rose,
The guide includes links, mainly to government sources, he said.
The book is available online or you can request a free hard copy.
