Your agency is no stranger to hiring reform.
President Barack Obama's order to streamline hiring requires agencies to complete the process in 80 days - a significant change for some agencies where the process used to take about 200 days.
Federal News Radio's Francis Rose asked Kevin Mahoney, chief human capital officer at the Small Business Administration, to provide tips for success in speeding up the hiring process.
