Mental heath care in the United States has taken a lot of strides forward over the years. A man who helped transform mental heath care is Neal Brown, the chief of community support programs at the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration. That work has made Brown a Service to America Medal finalist in the Career Achievement category.
