LTC Jeffrey S. Gribschaw currently serves on the Army’s Chief Information Officer/G-6 staff as the military deputy for Army Data Center Consolidation. Upon graduation from the United States Military Academy (USMA) in 1995, he was commissioned a Second Lieutenant of Infantry. LTC Gribschaw holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from West Point and a Master of Science Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Georgia Tech. He served as a Lieutenant in the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) at Fort Campbell, Kentucky, and as a Captain in the 1st Cavalry Division at Fort Hood, Texas, where he commanded B Company, 2nd Battalion, 5th Cavalry Regiment. After graduate school, he served on the faculty of the USMA Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Department and earned the academic rank of Assistant Professor. LTC Gribschaw deployed to Kuwait in 2008 where he served four months as the Operations Officer for the G-6 Joint Multinational Network Division and eight months as the Executive Officer to the Deputy Commanding General, U.S. Army Central Command (Third Army). LTC Gribschaw’s awards and decorations include the Expert Infantryman’s Badge, the Meritorious Service Medal, the Army Commendation Medal, the Army Achievement Medal, the United States Army Ranger Tab, and the United States Army’s Parachutist and Air Assault badges.
