President Obama is planning a one percent pay raise for federal employees next year. So don’t go out and put a down payment on that new Lexus just yet. One percent? The House Progressive Caucus says phooey. It’s proposing a 4 percent raise, and has garnered support of a few other members. Wishful thinking or a real possibility?
