Grants worth $25 million over five years will offer students at minority centered schools access to cybersecurity education. Provided by the Energy Department, the program will create a new cybersecurity consortium consisting of 13 historically black colleges and universities. It’s designed to adapt as workforce needs evolve. Dr. Dimitri Kusnezov is chief scientist and director of the Office of Science and Policy at the National Nuclear Security Administration. He joined Tom Temin on the Federal Drive with more on the grant.
