OPM Director Katherine Archuleta stays true to her word when it comes to IT.

Director of the Office of Personnel Management Katherine Archuleta just unveiled a major IT strategic plan. In doing so, she delivered on a pledge from her confirmation hearing. The new plan lays out six broad areas in which to improve the agency’s use and management of technology.
