Agencies are looking for ways to meet their small business contracting goals.
The Small Business Administration has entered the fourth year of a program to help people with connections to the military start or expand businesses. They've loaned more than $500 million.
Bill Elmore is the SBA's deputy associate administrator for the veterans office of business development. He told Federal News Radio how the Patriot Express program works.
