As the clock continues to count down to a shutdown, Federal News Radio is hearing from federal workers about how a shutdown will impact them. While some feds consider a shutdown an opportunity to take a little time off, others say they can't afford the time off - they're already living paycheck to paycheck. We heard from one attorney who has worked for the federal government for six years. He tells Federal News Radio that it is just impossible to plan for the unknown.
