After Deepwater: USCG acquisitions improve

The Government Accountability Office continues to track the progress that the Coast Guard is making in its acquisition process. John Hutton is the Director of Acquisition and Sourcing Management at GAO. He tells Federal News Radio that they’ve seen tremendous progress within the Coast Guard’s acquisition and procurement management, but there are still many challenges.
