Disaster won't stop Japan fellowship

The Mansfield Foundation has been hosting a government employee exchange program with Japan since the 1990's. The fellowship program is named for Mike Mansfield, the late Senator and ambassador to Japan. The American contingent working now with the Japanese government is giving some welcome expertise as that nation faces the worst crisis perhaps since World War II. We get an update from Paige Cottingham-Streater, director of the Mansfield Fellowship program. She says the exchange will not end because of the disaster there.
