Pentagon cyber strategy complete

The Pentagon says it’s finalizing a new cyber warfighting strategy, and it could become official within a matter of days. DefenseNews reports, the strategy will create a framework for training and equipping forces with the cyber defense tools they need. The plan also calls for more international cooperation across the spectrum. The cyber warfighting strategy is designed to be flexible as environments change over time. The State department will lead the international information sharing effort and the strategy also includes engaging and cooperating with the private sector. The Pentagon has been working to streamline its cyber warfighting capabilities for years.
