Defense’s tuition policies challenged

The Defense Department says it will step up its oversight of the hundreds of millions of dollars it funnels into the coffers of for-profit colleges. That’s in response to a GAO report that found DOD didn’t pay enough attention to the outcomes of its tuition assistance programs.
