If you want to attract the best and brightest, hold a contest. That's the goal behind the inaugural Cyber Challenge and Conference being launched by Science Applications International Corporation and the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. The competition is designed to attract more students and young professionals to careers in cybersecurity.
