The weather forecast includes possible snow Wednesday night and Thursday. And the Office of Personnel Management is watching closely, in case they need to change the operating status for agencies in the D.C. area. But in other parts of the country, decisions about delays and closings are made by semi-autonomous Federal Executive Boards. Senior Correspondent Mike Causey looked into the way these boards work during bad weather.
