The Pentagon Federal Credit Union Foundation, known as the PenFed Foundation, has a new president and CEO. Christopher Flynn tells Federal News Radio that the ten-year-old non-profit organization was established to help meet the needs of military personnel and their families. He says that military personnel tend to fall prey to unscrupulous lenders, so part of the Foundation's role is financial literacy.
