Federal contractor BAE Systems will spend nearly a quarter billion dollars to expand its cybersecurity services.

The company is buying the Danish cybersecurity firm ETI. Infosecurity.com reports the deal is worth about $212 million.

BAE says the acquisition supports a strategy of beefing up its work in cybersecurity. In 2008, the company bought a British firm called Detica. And more recently, the company announced that it would by a set of cybersecurity units from the U.S.-based L-1 Intelligence Services.
