The WikiLeaks release of hundreds of thousands of government documents caused quite the stir this week. Congress is now expected to pass whistleblower legislation that would give employees in the intelligence community a way to report corruption and waste. Supporters say this would discourage whistleblowers from going to sites like WikiLeaks and others like it. Debra Roth is a partner at the law firm, Shaw, Bransford & Roth. She joins us to discuss this legislation and other implications for federal employees who accidentally or willfully leak classified information.
