There's no silver bullet to explain how to do business with the federal government. But a new program designed especially for veteran-owned businesses gives companies a chance to win competitive federal contracts. It is called VIP - Veteran Institute for Procurement. And, it is expanding. Joining us to explain what it is, how it works, and how you can participate is Barbara Ashe, executive vice president of the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce and the President of the Montgomery County Chamber Community Foundation.
