Over 150,000 veterans in the U.S. are visually impaired or blind. The Library of Congress is reminding vets on this Veterans Day about special reading services it offers for free, including digitally recorded books and audio equipment. Bob Fistick, deputy director of the National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped, tells us how the program started and how vets can take advantage of it.
