Army Major Nidal Hasan is due in military court today for an Article 32 hearing. The court will determine if there's enough evidence to try him in the Fort Hood shootings. Such hearings are unique to military court since prosecutors and the defense can call and question witnesses and present other evidence. It will mark the first witness testimony in the case. About 70 witnesses are expected to testify in the hearing. Hassan is accused of killing 13 people and wounding many more. CNN's Dick Uliano joined the Federal Drive with details on how the hearing will play out.
