Your agency is probably running under a continuing resolution that expires on December third. That's less than a month after Congress returns from its post-election recess. Lawmakers have a full plate including bills to improve cybersecurity and expand telework. And then there are the permanent 2011 spending bills, none of which have been passed. Joining us to discuss the prospects for those permanent spending bills is Jim Horney, director of Federal Fiscal Policy at the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities.
