The Navy Federal Credit Union says the National Credit Union Administration has approved its acquisition of USA Federal Credit Union.

The Navy Federal Credit Union says the National Credit Union Administration has approved its acquisition of USA Federal Credit Union. The Washington Business Journal reports that the boards of both credit unions have already approved the acquisition. The deal gives Navy Federal a West Coast headquarters and boosts its branches to 200 worldwide. The merger was announced in mid-September. Financial terms weren’t disclosed.
