In the past, there was an hourglass effect of the distribution of immigrant workers in jobs. Most were either very low end or very high end. That seems to have changed. The Migration Policy Institute has released a new report with some surprising findings. For example, says lead author of the report Randy Capps, the recession has taken a far heavier toll on immigrant men.
