There is a huge military shift happening in the Pacific. Thousands of Marines are moving to a base in Guam as part of the realignment of forces. David Bice, Executive Director of the Joint Guam Program Office. says the move to Guam is going to mean a big adjustment for the Marine Corps, the island and its infrastructure.
