GAO: NASA well grounded in Exploration spending

President Obama’s Fiscal Year 2011 budget called for an end to NASA’s Constellation Program. That program has been responsible for sending humans to the moon. The Government Accountability Office was asked to examine whether NASA committed any wrongdoing in its treatment of this program since the President’s call to end it. Susan Poling is the Managing Associate General Counsel at the GAO. She joins us with the results of the investigation.
