The General Services Administration has taken an 18 month timeline, and compressed it into about eight weeks. They did it using an unusual management technique called a SLAM. GSA Chief Information Officer Casey Coleman tells Federal News Radio about the Slam Collaboration Strategy – and about these five large-scale IT projects that are now OFF her to-do list!
