The Office of Management and Budget is taking a tough stance on IT contracting, halting late and over-budget programs. It started with financial projects, and now it's spreading to all IT. Industry wants to weigh in on this. The TechAmerica Foundation has formed a commission to offer advice. One member has 30 years of federal IT experience, plus a stellar second career in contracting as president of SRA International.
