Training for future military leaders examined

New report addresses how the United States can revitalize its military officer corps to meet current national security challenges, and those that lie ahead.

The U.S. military faces different challenges today than it did in years past. Challenges that require different training and a different skill set to deal with. John Nagl is President of the Center for a New American Security, which has just released a report examining the methods of training members of the Military Officer Corps. He joins us to discuss what changes the Center believes need to be implemented.
