MSPB sees real results from job simulations

Imagine going into a job interview and being presented with a realistic, job-related situation that you were expected to solve. Your potential employer would then monitor your behavior to see how you responded. Job simulations like this are being studied by the Merit Systems Protection Board. Laura Shugrue is the deputy director of the Office of Policy and Evaluation at MSPB. She joins us to discuss the pros and cons of job simulations.
