Federal agencies have pushed out just a fraction of the money afforded to them in the 6-month old stimulus package. But what does this mean in terms of results? The Brookings Institution is looking for that answer. Barry Bosworth is a senior fellow in economic studies, global economy and development at Brookings. He is also a former presidential advisor. He joins us with a look at the numbers coming out of the stimulus package.
