Teamwork! That’s the idea behind a new partnership between the Defense Information Systems Agency and the Open Source Software Institute. The two groups have formed a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement. The agreement will pave the way for collaboration and partnerships between the federal government and other groups on IT. Dick Nelson is helping to lead the project for DISA. He joins us to talk more about how this partnership will facilitate the sharing of best practices.
