There are a lot of opinions on how the defense procurement process could be reformed. The House Armed Services Committee has formed a bi-partisan panel to deal with the issue, and there is a bill already circulating in the Senate on acquisition reform. President Barack Obama also made headlines last week when he issued an order about defense procurement.
