President Barack Obama releases an overview of his 2010 budget this morning, and one of his biggest goals is cutting the deficit in half by the end of his first term. Many are asking whether or not this can be done. Anne Vorce is director of the Fiscal Roadmap Project (pdf) at the Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget. She joins us now with analysis.
