Pharmacy giant CVS will pay the government more than $2 million after media reports that it disposed of patient information in dumpsters. The agreement follows a joint investigation by Health and Human Services and the Federal Trade Commission. A Columbus, Ohio TV station found dumpsters full of prescription bottles and printouts with sensitive patient information. Joining us to discuss this is Rick Campanelli, former director of the HHS Office of Civil Rights and counselor to Secretary Mike Leavitt.
