F-35 program leader says production should slow

Adm. Venlet told AOL Defense most of them are small but there are a lot of them and they are expensive to fix. Admiral Venlet also called the acquisition strategy for the planes, called concurrency, a "miscalculation" and said the planes needed more changes than expected to make the full 8,000 flight hours needed.
