Staying $585 million under budget is a major accomplishment for any agency. But that’s exactly what Bill Guerin managed to do at the General Services Administration (GSA).

Guerin, assistant commissioner for project delivery at GSA’s Public Buildings Service, managed American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funding to construct new federal buildings and make existing ones more energy efficient.

Federal News Radio’s Francis Rose spoke with Guerin about his work, which has made him a Service to America Medal (Sammies) finalist.
