Over the past year, it seems like every bad cybersecurity scenario that could happen has happened. What might be scarier is the threat you can’t see — the backdoor embedded in something you buy. A router or switch, for example. Federal agencies and their contractors are under a mandate to ensure cybersecurity not only for the products they buy, but also for the chain of suppliers involved in the manufacturing of finished systems.
