Lesser discusses what job recruiters are looking for when checking the backgrounds of potential employees, and how what you post on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media sites will affect your chances of getting work in the clearance job market.

He also gives tips on how to brand yourself through social media whithout giving out too much information that could compromise your security position.

Finally, Lesser talks about private companies that need workers with security clearances. He says HP, Dell, Google, Microsoft and Amazon are all getting into the government space, and are currently hiring cleared professionals.
