'Better Buying Power' already making waves in DoD acquisition

Steven Grundman, a Lund Fellow at the Atlantic Council in Washington, D.C., and former deputy undersecretary of Defense for Industrial Affairs, provides his perspective on how the initiative has shaped DoD procurement.
Even though the initiative is little more than two years old, Grundman said the benefits of the program are already starting to be seen in some of DoD's larger acquisition programs, such as the bomber and strategic submarine programs.
